No Acne in 4 weeks. Is this to good to be true?

Posted by David Anthony [1222.10] on February 27, 2004 at 01:44:00:

Well, with the people bashing that I witnessed with my last post, I have really questioned returning to this forum, but then I stop and think that, there has to be someone out there who finds what I have to say interesting, and that my contribution to this forum is regarded as informative stuff, as I regard what I read from here, as very educational. Regardless if I am hard to understand, I am not arrogant, which is why, when someone says that I am anal-retentive, and negative, from posting something overtly personal from my life, makes me wonder why. I assess myself everyday, always looking for areas for improvement, which is why I value the lessons I have learnt and the experience I have gained from the past 6 Months with this forum.

Ego aside, I have seriously changed my life, and I am so much happier, No not negative, and regardless if I post pessimistic information from time to time, to me personally, this is just a way to help and/or inform others. Those interested or not, are quite welcome to their opinion, however, I do not agree with verbally bashing someone in the process, which to me is completely appalling, and more negative than the original post.

Ok, so with all that said, I am now ready to post again.

I am here to say that, My acne has completely gone, except for a few scars here and there, I have not had one pimple for the past 1 month. Now, I know its still early days, and I am still prepared for break-outs, however, with my change in diet 4 Months ago, I can clearly see the benefits starting to appear before me.

1. Much more energy.
2. Normal level for body fat.
3. Loss of fat.
4. Longer endurance with cardio exercise.
5. Currently NO ACNE.

And the list could go onÖ

I have been using the tea-tree oil soap, every morning, and after each workout. And my naturopath has assessed my skin, and said exactly that my skin has improved dramatically.

So, with all the advice that I have gained from this Forum, I just want to thank you all, especially Dr Stoll, for the Knowledge and advice, is what the world needs more of. But then again, isnít all of this come down to CHOICE, whether or not the person wants a new life, body, etc. Oh no, I better be careful or I might start the ball rolling again.

Seriously, my skin is obviously changed, because people have noticed it, and I have also; Ego aside. But I donít know if my skin has cleared from my change in diet, or from my change in skin treatment, or both, but I am starting to believe that Dr Stoll is so true, that the processed foods and junk we eat in this so called rushed life, is what many of the sicknesses are caused by.

Thanks everyone, Dave.

Everytime someone has succes, they are always some who don't enjoy it. I find you humble and wise.

I got rid of 20 years acne, just by taking probiotics 6 a day. In 2 weeks it was gone. You may try that too.

Thanks, David, for not "throwing out the baby with the bathwater".

I've found persecution to be quite a refinement process and altogether character strengthening. So glad you came through the fire successfully, even better! Just disregard the mutants. They will all eventually self-destruct. Very happy for your success.
