Hi, pann.

See if you can get a copy of Udo Erasmus' book "Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill", it would help you learn about this. Also, the product I use is made by "NOW" and says "Omega 3-6-9" on the label. The relationships do not have to be exact. Just get close to the recommended doses and give it a try.

Hi, Andy.

First of all the purpose of my book is to help people gain the holistic perspective of thinking needed to understand how everything is related. I think the ony place where the word acne is even mentioned is on page 94. Even there, it is shown how it is related to many other endocrinological conditions by their causes.

BY FAR, the best resource about specifics of what to do is on this 'site. It just takes some digging in the archives.

Actually, the beginner needs both perspectives---that in the book and what to do on this BB. If you are willing to just DO what is described on this BB, without understanding the "big picture", you do not need the book. Most people will not DO what the specifics are without understanding the big picture painted in the book.
