accutane

I have two questions for you. First, I have been using accutane for about a month now and I have seen some results on my face but not on my chest and back. How long should it take to be in full effect? Also, is smoking marijuanaa problem while on accutane? Thanks alot!

the birth defect issues affect only women, not men. the only way you could possibly affect a child is if you donate blood to a pregnant mother (while on accutane). 8 years is a long time; you shouldn't have any problems.
