If I feed my babies blueberries every day will they develop an allergy to them? We have things that we eat every day and I wonder if I am going to cause them to have allergies to them. Blueberries, yogurt, apples, and carrots are things they eat every day. Thanks, Geri

Geri,
The rule is: The more often one eats anything, the higer the chance of developing a hypersensitivity to it.
However, if the gut healthy gut ecology is maintained (no LGS) there is a lot less chance of that happening.
Hope this helps.
