Hi Dr Stoll, Shape, Labrat and others who've helped me. I have been researching RA remedies for several years using this board as a primary source and I can say that I have finally stabilized and now only make progress. The RA is almost done with and I am mostly dealing with left over damage. The supplements, diet changes, exercise and SR have taken about 18 months to really correct my condition - but I am almost there. Just a bit of junk in my feet and hands. Working with an accupuncture person here in NYC and that is doing wonders also.
Many thanks. I can't say that any one thing was more effective than another except persistence and probably SR -
So, here's to you who give vital information. And here's to the rest of us who strive to assimilate it.
much gratitude!

I'm so glad to hear of your success. . . makes me know I'm on the right road. Please keep letting us know how you're doing; your post today was just what I needed after all the other garbage on the board lately. Thanks!

RA Person,
1) What kind of exercise do you do?
2) Did you find a lot of allergies during the elimination diet? Do you still
stick to Bob's protocol or have you been able to deviate a bit from it?
I wish you a very healthy future

Glad to hear you're doing so well. It's hard to make the changes in the beginning, but it does end up being worth it.
Keep up the good work! It makes our time worthwhile when we hear success stories...

I have a total gym and do mostly pilates type work out, thoughI am well enough to now do Tae Bo -I did do McFerran's diet and WFD - I do deviate from them, but they are the basis of my eating style.
Good luck.
