My review of the Stress Eraser - SR/Biofeedback machine

Posted by Lisa [1034.163] on March 03, 2006 at 15:29:14:

I finally purchased this product this week and this is my 3rd day using it. It is amazing, incredible. I love it because it lets you know if your SR is working for one, it's very easy to use. Plus it has a point system, and tells you how many points you need to accumulate each time to relieve stress. I thought it was interesting that the points they told you to accumulate daily equaled 20 minutes 2x a day (what's Dr Walt's been saying all along).

There's also something on the machine that helps you choose the best breathing relaxation method.

This machine is really great for me cause I had a lot of trouble doing my SR (started last week). I have really bad anxiety and OCD with unwanted thoughts so I just couldn't focus or relax. But with this machine I have something to focus on, and that has helped me a lot. If you have a hard time letting go of your thoughts, then I recommend this for you.

The bad news is that it's $299 ( a little pricey), but it definitely does it's job and more. I highly recommend it. I will keep using it and keep you guys updated.

Here's the link below if you want to ready more about it.
