Here's another worthless testimonial to add to your collection :) I may be premature in saying this, but it is certainly beginning to look as though we've found the solution to my husband's restless leg syndrome.
This past Monday night, hubby and I started sleeping on a magnetic mattress pad. In the 20 years I've known him, he has rarely had even a single night without shaking and never had two such nights in a row--until now. Within fifteen minutes of lying down on the magnetic pad, his legs stopped shaking, and the knotted muscles in his calf relaxed and turned to mush. Last night was his fourth consecutive night with no shaking and no leg cramps.
On the down side, after the second night on the pad, he developed a headache and visual disturbance that lasted 36 hours, and he still can't move his eyes quickly without experiencing vertigo. I suspect it's some kind of "healing crisis" that will diminish with time. In the interim, he seems willing to put up with it (at least for awhile) in order to be rid of the nightly shaking and cramping.

I still say that his restless leg syndrome, even though it is presently responding to the magnetic mattress pad, is not a deficiency of magnetism.
Let us know how he is doing in a few months or a year.

I agree that simply sleeping on the magnetic pad alone will not eliminate the RLS. Proper diet, exercise, and SR (in particular) must be continued, or symptoms will return.
For my part, I've noted the following changes since I began sleeping on the pad a week ago: no acid reflux during the night, and yesterday, for the first time in several months, I had no reaction in my ears to a cup of coffee with breakfast. (I have coffee 3 mornings a week and for the past several months, starting about an hour after breakfast, it felt like I was hearing my breath go in and out through my ears. It would last for an hour or more and was maddening.)

Those in the know say that the 21st century will be the century of energy healing. I am sure that we have not even scratched the surface of the possibilities in this area.
