Air, Anus, Bracing, Flatulence. Weird experiment :-)

So for the most of you this is going to be a bit embarassing but hey it's something that works like a charm for me and could be working like a charm for you too. I haven't done a search about it yet if it's been mentioned in here

A bit of the background. I'm reading the archives for weeks now and it opened my eyes and put me onto the right track again (i'm 21 and was diagnosed with GERD,HH,LGS).

Just few days ago i realized in the bus that i'm always bracing my anus and actually the whole abdomen. It was a bit of a suprise for me because i didn't knew i was bracing almost the whole abdomen too and when i tried to feel the abdomen by my mind i could really feel the tension. Few secs after realized i could loose the tension at will and when i tried that i felt instant reaction to it. I could really feel it on the abs, the inner parts and on the anus. Suddenly i had sensations of my guts moving more quickly (could feel movement, gurgling sounds and etc.. just like during SR)

Few days ago i was lying on my bed and I remembered that since i was a little kid i was capable of sucking air through anus when i got myself into a certain position and because of the I could ehm .. do an unlimited number of farts (isn't it great to be a little kid?) :-) :-)

So i gave it a try and remained in that special position for about 6 minutes. My anus opened and ALOT of air was sucked in. I'm used to that sensation but haven't done it in ages.
After the air was sucked in i could feel really great sensations of relaxation in my colon and probably all of the deeper parts. What is really interesting that during the session I can insanely speed up the movement of feces through my system and when i go to the toilet I can empty myself on command with super ease.

Sounds kinda wack doesn't it!? :)

But it REALLY does something (atleast to me). I feel sooooo relaxed after it. Not only my abdomen feels relaxed and cool but also my mind too. Not a joke!

If you are curious enough to try this little trick read the instructions and do it (especialy if you too brace your anus/abdomen).
I bet alot of people can do it too and you can also read about it on the internet so here are the instructions

1) Get a pillow and a soft surface.
2) Place your ear on the pillow with your head turned sideways.
3) Put your butt up in the air, bringing your knees as close up to your head as possible. This relaxes your anal opening.
4) Once you're relaxed enough, you should feel a strange sensation...this is air traveling into your colon.

It really needs some practice. It does the trick for me especialy when i keep relaxed all the time and have my anus opened during the whole session (you can close it an reopen it again but you will probably have to fart before opening it again) With practice you can do this also when sitting. A really weird trick to learn :P

If anyone knows about any health issues regarding having alot of air sucked in through your anus then let me please know :)

Toby

Ps: Heh i guess i'm blushing now :)

Hi Mari,

I think we have finally heard where the phrase
"sucking wind" came from. :)

of course it could also explain why some holistic practs
are promoting "Oxygen Enemas" with hydrogen peroxide.

Hi Toby,

If we could only train the cows to do this...
We would solve global warming due to Carbon Dioxide
pollution.

Farmers' fields would never look the same with all those cows saluting the sky in an awkward raised-tail position. @-A--A'

Ok, it's my turn to blush. I have done this but not for the reason of assisting me in SR. When I was a teen, I'd come home from a date reaaaaally gassed up. (hehe, what are you thinking?) I believed it was because my pants were so darn tight you couldn't have stuck a blade of grass in them. Well, it "was" the 70s you know, tight jeans and bell bottoms. So, I'd get in the position you described because I learned it relieved gas. And, come to think of it, I never knew what that cool (temperature) feeling was. So, it was air coming in. All I knew is that it, uh, made me, uh pass air and relieved my gas cramps. The memory still makes me laugh because the first time my dad saw me do it, he walked past the door to my room and laughed harder than I've ever heard anyone laugh in my life. He was like, WHAT ARE you "DOING"!. I'm teased to this day.

Now, I guess yall will tease me more. I don't mind, hehe, I'm used to it.

So, see Toby, you're not so strange after all or, to look at it another way, you're not the only strange person out there. LOL

If this is not a scam, it is a new one on me! This should be impossible, physiologically.

If this is for real, I think you could make a good living taking this act on the road as a novelty act.

Let us know what you decide--I would come to see your act.

lol, this has been done before but it was a very long time ago. In the mid-1800s flatulence took center stage with the French entertainer Joseph Pugol (“Le Petomane”). Pugol was able to pass gas at will and at varying pitch, thereby playing tunes for sold-out shows at the Moulin Rouge. Such was his success that lesser competitors began to appear, including the Spaniard “El Rey” and the female Angele Thiebeau (later revealed as a fake using hidden air bellows).

I can suck air into my diaphram and do an unlimited number of burps but I feel sick if I do it too many times....never tried to do this with farts though.

Why not? It's funny when I cough and a fart comes out. It'd be really funny if I could burp and fart at the same time.

Hi Doc!

Well it surely ain't a scam and you can read some info about it on the web. But i'm more into health benefits of it. Don't want to show off my wind skills :)

I'll be doing this air enema once every 2 or 3 days to see what effect will have it on me. Right now it actually made me more regular (on toilet 2x a day and feel much more empty and clean on the inside) and it helps me to relax somehow my whole abdomen.

I guess it can surely help some people with constipation. Not sure of other health benefits... i'll just have to wait and see :)
