I have argued with my RE's office for around six days. I employed a combination of your suggestions and suggestions from others.
Finally, today I received a phone call that my medical records were mailed free of charge to my home. (I have to say that I am sort of disappointed that I am not going to be able to use the penny payment remedy!)
There is another problem that I discovered this morning when I listened to my voice mail. Someone from my REI's office disclosed my cell phone number to another person without my knowledge or consent. What in the world is going on there?

I hope you get them, mine never came (to another doctor).
Good luck

Actually, they came today in the mail so she must have meant that they put them in the mail yesterday.
