Dr.Stoll; you are going to love this (re Allergies)

My allergist (my son's) said today that although he is putting him on steroids and other things short term - that the BEST thing for his allergies or anyone's (seasonal/food) is PROBIOTICS AND A GOOD DIET LOW IN YEAST/SUGARS.

He said he does tell that to a bunch of folks, but most just shake their head and want the meds - the quick fix.

It was a breath of fresh air to hear an MD state that.
By the way - he said that he is going to leave practice soon (five years) and work at a clinic - not because he doesn't like his work - but he doesn't like the medical system.
My girlfriend is an MD and does the same. (clinic/volunteer)
