LYME DISEASE::: my post keeps vanishing :-(

I've posted this three times and three times it's vanished. I don't
know what is happening. Anyway, I will try again.

I need to know everything you know about Lyme Disease. I
especially want to know if there is a way to cure it without years
of antibiotics. Help, please!

Adding to what Carol has posted here, two other great books are:

Insights into Lyme Disease Treatment by Connie Strasheim, and

The Lyme Disease Solution by Kenneth B. Singleton, MD, MPH (more focused on conventional treatment than Strasheim's book)

You may be able to find these books in your public library, or get them to obtain copies through interlibrary loan. Once you decide which books would be most useful, you can purchase what you need.

Another website where you can find assistance and info is lymenet.org There is a ton of info on the discussion link for new posters/readers and you can also post a message asking to be sent a list of lyme specialists in your state or region. (LLMD = lyme-literate medical doctor or LLND = lyme-literate naturopathic doctor).

Also check out betterhealthguy.com and consider subscribing to his newsletter and facebook page. He attends many Lyme conferences and shares what he learns.

Dr. Deitrich Klinghardt has a lot of information available free in the Internet. He takes a very holistic approach to healing Lyme disease, autism spectrum, and other environmental conditions.

There are many people with lyme disease using and exploring alternatives to long-term treatment with antibiotics and other conventional measures, so you are not alone!

My wife is being treated for long-term LYME with anti-biotics and it is a long road.

We have not gone to try the Medsonix machine yet.

I've been using tobacco for medicine since 86, so I would assume people would think that it is for real.
The chemicals in tobacco can penetrate our body when tobacco is wet. Dr. Duke shows that tobacco stimulates our immune system when it comes to Lyme Disease, he also show it stimulating our immune system in about 50 other things, now I have seen tobacco make my body kill infections, it usually takes about 12-15 for the body to get the ball rolling. Since I've seen my and 2 of my sons' immune system kill infections so fast, I'm willing to try it on everything and I literally mean everything. I think knowing where to put it on a persons' body is really important, you put it too far from an infection, it may not work or it may take longer for the body to make the antibodies to confront the infection. With Lyme, I think a person needs to know what part of the body Lyme attacks first, it might be the bite area would be the first place a person would need to put tobacco first, I know that is true with wasp stings and spider bites, why not a tick bite?

Sorry I omitted minutes, 12-15 MINUTES. One thing I have always used as a guide since I started using tobacco is that once the pain has gone completely away, I have always stopped and I think that is a good way to determine when to stop using tobacco.
