Friends,
Has anyone noticed that all the negative studies were done with synthetic vitamin A? No aura!

Hi Dr. Stoll. You are correct. The studies make no mention of beta-carotene. I forwarded an article to Bill and asked him to send it to you, (thought he was your brother) which he did. These kinds of articles are deceiving. They make no mention of natural intake of vitamin A. This is not surprising, seeing how they (doctors and pharmacuetical companies) do not tell us how easy it is to cure athletes foot. There are lots of vegetables that are organically grown from the ground like sweet potatoes that are an excellent source of Vitamin A. Funny they dont mention that. Thanks!!

and as Walt knows well, the same tactic has been used with vit. E in many studies designed to fail.

Yes I have. They also included cod-liver oil as a possible toxic exposure of vitamin A. Even some nutritionists have been advising against cod-liver oil. Getting too much CAN, of course, be toxic but 1 tbsp of cod-liver oil is not likely to cause a problem
