hi I am 16/f who still wets the bed. I also have worms. I have known this for a long time. I tried to tell my mom, but I am too scared of what she will think. I recently read that pinworms can make you wet the bed. . .so I am thinking about going to the doctor. If I get the worms cured is it lkely I will stop wetting the bed. And is it probably pinworms?? do you think??

Hi, Kim.
Pinworms are a common cause. HOWEVER, they are the easiest ones to diagnose and so the other parasites have been traditionally ignored as just as common a cause. SO, there is at least a 50% change that clearing the pinworms would not resolve the enuresis. You would have to diagnose the other parasites and deal with them as well.
Finally, parasites tend to recur unless you deal with the LGS that makes you suscpetigble to them.
I would suggest you spend time in the archives about parasites and about LGS.
THEN, if you still have questions, write again.
There is one hopeful note about the enuresis: Once you have broken the enuresis cycle, you will likely be able to put this behind you even if you do not deal with the other parasites.
HOWEVER, their presence means that you will have much more serious problems in the future if you do not deal with why you have them and eliminate them as well. Right now, you have to look at your enuresis as your bodymind trying to send you a message. Just taping over the warning lights on your dashboard (treating the symptoms) will only put off the inevitable.
