If milia is a type of sebaceous cyst, why is it that it can be resolved by just drainage? Won't it still recur?

Hi, Anon.
I in MY experience (and by medical definition) milia is a condition of the VERY young. Since sebaceous glands do not appear until puberty their similarity can only be superficial.
Hope this helps.

I am still suffering from numerous side-effects of Accutane. I have not take the drug in over ten years. How do I find a cure for these troublesome side effects? They are wrecking my life.

Your only chance is to practice serious wellness--the exact same thing that would have resolved your acne in the first place. Depending on your symptoms, it could take as long as 2 years to resolve them all. So what, is has been 10 years already.
Let us know how you do.
