Here is a tip for all of you people out there who have a pilonidal sinus problem. I have been caring for my condition for about a year and I find that there is a very cost effective and great usefull product to use if you have leakage. Feminen Hygene products can serve one well because they are designed to care for a similar occurence. I understand that this is a little bit diffucult for those more manly guys to consider but I have used my girlfriends to care for my sinus leakage and it works well. Please let others know this because it helps and it is more convienent.

I bought some extra ones @ Wal-Mart the other week to have on hand after my surgery, as I am sure the incision will be at least 4-5 inches, if not longer.
I don't know where any surgical supply stores are; also, that stuff, I'm sure, can get costly. That's not to say, though, that I won't need actual bandaging material; we'll see how it goes...
P.S. I'm a 32 y/o female, but the idea of using these makes sense.
