I am doing treatment for LGS and so on...I still struggle with the diet (no big surprise) but the last few weeks every time I have a movement it literally smells like toxic waste...it's nasty.
I'm sure this is a sign of putrification but is it good thing b/c it's leaving my body or is it bad thing like maybe an infection in my colon.....I have crazy fatigue right now so I'm afraid it may be an infection.
Any insight?

If it's any help, I'm doing a lymph node cleansing and soon to start a colon cleanse - and the lymph thing gave me FOUL smelling urine that didn't look so hot either. I was a bit tired, but my energy bounced back...for me, I know it's part of the process. I think yours is probably too. I wouldn't think infection unless you are running a fever maybe - both others on this site are more up on health than I, so I'm sure you'll get more appropriate feedback soon!

Can you give more information on the lymph node cleansing? Is it a massage procedure, like manual lymph drainage, or something else? Sorry if you already posted this and I missed it.

OK - I am not as holistic as most people on this site, (but trying to get there) but this woman I am going to is great - it's actually a couple, and they think the world of Walt Stoll...(didn't I feel "hip" when I said his name and they knew it, haha!) Anyway, what happened to me on my FIRST visit (which cleared my POD, which is AMAZING) is that they immediately, somehow knew my lymph nodes were not healthy, but overall, in great condition. Also, they immediately said, "Oh, did you have a trauma and are you constipated?" which the answer to both was YES (creepy, but neat to experience that they guessed that) - and they first did pressure points on me to relieve headaches, arm pain, constipation and other things (who knows? it was too much for me to take in) - the husband then first got me in alignment (without all the banging around a chiro does) and them the wife told him what to do, which was work on my lymph nodes. They did a long (20 minute about) massage on my major nodes, and it hurt like hell. I thought this was either the best or stupidist thing I've ever done - remember, this is all new to me. Well, that night, results began...through the next day - and onward till today. I had initially very horrific, dark tea colored urine that smelled to high heaven - then it went to a cloudy yellow - then clear. By the time the urine was clear, so was my face. (mind you, it was clear before the treatment, but supposedly the lymph nodes drained some gunk) - I'm meeting with her Friday, and you can email me at dcaschool@aol.come friday night, or "stay tuned" to my adventures on this site! :) I would say, meeting the people on this site (virually) and the healers I just met, are not stupid at all, but quite good!

Wow, Michele, you are one gutsy gal to try that one on faith! There are certainly a lot of healing modalities out there, and it's amazing what we can find or what finds us when we open ourselves up to possibilities and trust our instincts to guide us in the right direction. I have met and worked with some wonderfully talented and caring healers in the last 6 years or so by doing just that, and although I have made amazing progress, I don't believe I'm done yet. Sounds like this work is doing you a lot of good--I'm happy you got such good results so quickly.

Michelle - is this a form of Vodder massage? And is there a network of people who do it who can recommend someone local?
