I have been knocking this method for awhile, I even tried it myself but couldn't see consistency with some of the methods albeit I didn't do thorough research to find the knack for it. I only tested supplements, and never food.
So, after coming across it in the archives, I decided to try again.
My wife and I have been testing foods in addition to supplements, this time outside of the bottle from stuff I had at home (before I would try it at the store inside the bottle, which I always had doubts about). I've tested whole eggs, egg yolks, egg whites, oils, breads, grains, fruits.
I'm amazed at the slight nuances and differences how my body responds to the testing. I've tried it with my wife handing me stuff when I'm not looking as to be a bit more partial. I've seen myself being sensitive to things I would have NEVER imagined, which for me takes out the wishful thinking component.
I never would have imagined I'm having a sensitivity to egg yolks, but not egg whites. This method really needs more thorough consideration.

Hi Ray,
I have had a lot of success with applied kinesiology as well, both on my own, with others, and with a variety of practitioners. Glad you had some positive experiences as well.
Thanks for sharing,
Nutmeg

I had a doctor do some applied kinesiolgy tests on me last year which showed foor sensitivites to egg, corn and red dye, oddly enough. And when I stopped consuming those things, my stomach magically started to get better. I was quite pleased :)
