My GP told me there is nothing he could do and to be patient,my ear problems would clear up, he later refered me to the hospital, the specialist at the hospital diagnosed austacien tube probles and said "their is nothing we can do,be patient". So patient I am.
After 5 years of misery tinitus, pains in the face etc I paid to go private (UK) and in 20 minuts the ENT specialist
diagnosed TMG syndrome "go to your dentist" he said, so of to my dentist I went. There is now hope at last.
All the pain and discomfort caused by stress apparently, resulting in a vicious circle each feeding of each other.

So time will tell if the teatment will be successfull. I tell this tale so others may read it and be informed that
the experts can make mistakes, most of all my mistake wa to be to patient and believing totally all I wa told.

Dont give in.

Hi, Phil.

The docs you saw in the beginning were intentionally ignorant. They were far from being "experts". Thus relationship has been known for 40 years by those willing to learn it.

Congratulations for having gotten this far. NOW you need to understand that all TMJ is caused by total body bracing--something your present docs might not tell you. This will save you from another 20 years of misery until they catch up.

Walt
