the last couple weeks i've developed sinus drainage that is keeping me awake at night. during the day, after i've been up for an hour or so, there's no problem, i feel great. but after i've been asleep for a few hours the phlegm is so heavy i can't sleep. i'm still doing sr twice a day and my diet hasn't changed. i did have a cold or flu that hung on longer than i would have liked but that seems to be gone now. i've doubled up on ester c to no avail. i've never had sinus allergies before that i've recognized but i suppose that is a possibility. any thoughts? my apologies for being so wordy and tia for your time.

Hi, d.
How long have you done the SR twice a day so far?
This is either allergy OR TMJ related.

3 years now. actually the symptoms have subsided the last couple of days. would that mean an infection that is now gone? thanks.

Hi, k.
This confirmes my initial impressions. Your symptoms will be back. This has little (if anything) to do with "infection" although your basic causes would make you more susceptible to it.
