For anyone who is interested-
It has been about 2 months since I started implementing the 3LS. I
feel so great! It has been a slow but steady road, and I just wanted to
let everyone who is discouraged know that it takes time, but it DOES
work if you stick with it! My TMJ problems are about 85% resolved I
would say, and my costo has all but vanished. I guess I am a little
amazed that the TMJ is getting better without a mouth appliance, but
you were right Dr. Stoll! I ordered the Holosync demo, and am so
pleased with it that I will be ordering the series for SR.
The funny thing about the PWFD-during my panic attacks I lost about
12 pounds, and then started with the whole, organic foods. I cut out
coffee and drink only water. I eat so much on the PWFD and keep
expecting to gain the weight back, but I have NOT!! I maintain such a
consistent weight, it is so nice. I no longer have to wonder what size
clothes to wear! (Sounds like a Jenny Craig commercial!)
I eliminated my SEVERE panic attacks without drugs and I barely get
obsessive thoughts running through my mind at full speed.
Meditation has helped me to identify and think logically. I don't
repress, I address! And they go quickly.
So there you have it, for now. I know I am always praising Dr. Stoll
and all of you guys for your help and wisdom, but it comes from the
bottom of my heart. I hope everyone who has helped me in the past
is doing well! Have a wonderful week.

You are just at the beginnings of the benefits you will get if you continue.

Great to hear it Melissa!
It would be good to journal this, and watch things as you go along and discover any thing that might cause a reaction, rather it be emotional, food related or what you might drink.
One can only listen to the body when cleared out and learn what to and not to-called Body Intellegence;

Thanks Everyone!
That is a good idea, I will start to journal my successes. I have been
making mental notes, but it will be good to look back on, and
eliminate a guessing game!
