Basically I've been on these supplements because my physician said
that they would lower my C-Reactive protein. Boy was she correct,
over a three year period it has dropped from astronomical to near
normal.

Anyway, they may be having a unwanted side effect, too much "blood
thinning"? Hemorrhoids have been getting significantly worse (I'm
doing the best I can, but 3LS is quite imperfect, mostly because I'm
unconsciously wired to react to relaxation as a "threat" - I'm working
on that!) even with high fiber diet and Miralax.

I noticed that when I HAD to stop these supplements for a week for
an endoscopy that the bleeding stopped, and remained gone for
about a week afterwards. I would like to test the theory that this may
be related but do not want to risk the loss of the anti-inflammation
benefits.

Anyone have an idea of how long one can go off of these
supplements before there is a loss of benefits? I would like to go off
then reintroduce at a level that doesn't cause such a significant blood
loss. But in order to test the theory, I will have to discontinue them.
