Hello everyone, just wondering if any of you have used castor oil packs and what you thought about them. Can they be used while breastfeeding? If castor oil is toxic when taken internally, then why isn't it toxic when absorbed into your skin? I am thinking of trying them for hip/pelvic pain and for generalized wellness.
