so I cut out eggs and much breads... and expected to lose weight as
this negates most sweets also.
Then I entered in some crackers and so on, and am trying to put
weight ON.
I still do not eat sweets but am losing in the past week, almost a
pound or half a pound a DAY. I was 115 last week, today I am 113.
I prefer to be around 118-120.
Of COURSE I'm fearful something is wrong but wonder if it is also
just the eating and increased activity with summer....
I'm five ft 2......
My norm is: a bowl of oats, raisins and rice milk for breakfast and
sometimes lunch.
Lunch is often a bit of leftover dinner...
plus a dinner of veggies potatos and meat...
No real snacks other than a few oreos.
