Hi all,
Just curious about something.
sometimes I like to burn incense before meditation, but I notice that I tend to get a feeling of not being able to breathe as freely. Like my chest is tightening up a bit.
If I move the incense into another room, it seems to be better.
anyway, just wondering if incense can be toxic.
I remember many years ago using the same incense, and it never having this effect on me, and it doesnt appear that the manufacturers have changed anything.
I have tried others, and still seem to get this effect.
