local teen near Philly dies from the flu, Supposedly.

I find it odd that the kid went to school all week, looked fine Friday, runs a fever Saturday, goes into convulsions and dies in one day. No one else is mentioned even being sick, and they didn't shut the school but are cleaning hard surfaces. Is it hard to transmit? School kids have more contact with each other than adults in public, so it seems strange the whole school isn't sick, or more dieing. Sounds strange.
