Hi Walt and all!
It has been awhile since I have visited..hope all is well... Anyway, I do follow the 3 LS and have for about 6 yrs now..Am so thankful for walts help when I needed it suffering from IC! changed my life!! SR changed my life! Cant thank walt enough!! My question here is not for me, but for my good friend.. She has been miserable with a metalic like taste in her mouth and tounge for about a week now. She went to the drs and he is stumped (go figure? LOL) So he gave her a steriod in hopes it would help make it go away..I told her I think she is too acidic and needs to balance her system and get to alkaline, but she eats like crap, and thinks my healthy life style is humorous. She got flu shots about 2 weeks ago.. what do you all think? Is there anything I can tell her that may help this go away? She frustrates me, but I still am hoping there is something I can do to help :0) I told her the flu shot prob did something to her system also! Sent her a bunch of stuff on why NOT to take them, but she didn't listen...now she is desperate to try something to get rid of this. Thanks everyone! Amanda
