Hey Dr Stoll and everybody, I have a quick question pertaining to lifting.

For most recent history, I've made a point of trying to practice SR immediately after some weights training. My reasoning being that it's a good time for the body to go into repair mode. However, I'm certainly no authority on the matter, so I'm asking the opinions of the folks on here.

Theoretically, is it significant? Or would something like rebounding immediately before or after weight lifting help?

Thanks.
