We buy it mostly for popcorn, we pop 2 or 3 times a week. A little seasoned salt, some garlic powder, a sprinkle of cayenne, a little dill, and a couple tablespoons of nutritional yeast. Yummy. The yeast tends to gather at the bottom of the popcorn bowl, I save this to add to sauces, mac & cheese, soups, whatever.It's a total protein so its great if you're vegetarian (we're not). Just sprinkle on veggies, sprinkle on top of pizza, spaghetti etc.
