Check out Mercola's site for concise info on recent media reports regarding "dangers" of Vitamin E.
It explains the misinformation about "E" and points out everything I've been posting here about synthetic vs. natural "E". Importantly, it explains the dangers of not "mixing" your tocopherols ...... anyone taking Alpha Tocopherol ONLY needs to read!
