when I eat fish, I unfreeze just enough to eat at that time. No leftovers.
Looking at that list of O3 foods, anchovies caught my eye. That's one fish I like, because it wouldn't be a main course. The ones with hair. Great on pizza. The thing is will I eat them. I have a can that could be 20yrs old, and I hate to throw it out, but afraid to open it.
Gave some to a hound once, and about the time the salty after taste would hit after, he would bark. I thought the bark was a reaction to the after taste hitting, but maybe he was telling me he wanted another. It was funny thinking it was a reaction. The GF at the time was Very ethnic, and thought it was great that the dog loved anchovies.))
