Hello all,
I have been suffering from frozen shoulder/adhesion capsilities (maybe be spelling it wrong) for the past several months. I found a great doctor who is performing Active Release Technique, but the progress is sooooooooo slow. The pain is worst at night, and I can't lift my arm above my head - range of motion is very limited. Has anyone had experience with this condition? Is there anything that can help break up the adhesions so that I can heal and get on with life? I DO NOT want to resort to surgery. I've tried anti-inflammatory herbs, but didn't make much difference. Any advice would be appreciated!
