Thank you Jan - I actually am in the process of working with a doctor who specializes in the Active Release Technique, and my diet is pretty good. It just seems to be such a lonnnnnnnnng drawn out process and it's moving sooooooooo slow. I was just wondering if there was anything else I could be doing to resolve this situation. I do have some ROM, but I have very long hair and it's difficult to style it in different styles.
