back in the 70's we saw only a Chiropractor for our problems.
One morning, I awoke with such a Pain in my shoulder!!!
Boy did that hurt...
Called Dr. R and he got me in..... put a substance on a paper towel and on my shoulder..........was it WARM!!!
held it there for seemed like 10 min.....
the shoulder was all better!!!
the product was something like HEET, which I don't even know if they make it anymore.............
