Well, give me an idea what "outrageous monetarily" means to you.

Maybe they cost an arm and a leg, but maybe there is some way around paying that much. Let's look at what is best and then start playing with it.

I have heard that if you leave water standing for 4 hours, the chlorine evaporates. That is one option.

So my opinion is let's find out what is the best, and then try to find some way to get it for a reasonable price. I'm pretty good at that.
