What that article says about air circulation and
replacement is or was true 30 years ago... but
it costs money to heat that cold outside air
so it is kept to a minimum to save the cost.
Funny that the article did not mention Sensory Overload
or Inner Ear problems like Benign Positional Vertigo
for the dizziness and anxiety that some experience.
